Is it hard to install?

Not at all. Remove your current showerhead, connect the Velvé Pro hose and showerhead, attach the wall holder, then tighten everything securely by hand. Most standard setups take only a few minutes and do not require a plumber.

Will it fit my shower?

Velvé Pro is designed to fit most standard handheld shower hoses and connections. If your current shower uses an unusual or non-standard fitting, you may need a separate adapter.

What does the filter do?

A replaceable filter sits inside the head and reduces chlorine and hard-water impurities before the water reaches your skin and hair. Three spare filters are included with your set.

How often do I change the filter, and what does that cost?

Replace the filter every 3 to 4 weeks, depending on how often the shower is used. Three filters come in the box, so a set lasts roughly three months before you need more.

After that, a 5-pack of replacement filters is $39.99, which works out to about $8 per filter. We would rather you knew that up front than found out later.

What are the four settings?
