Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at subhan208888@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately with a photo and your order number at subhan208888@gmail.com. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
