Free Shipping

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There are no handling fees and no surprise shipping charges at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery Times

• Velvé Pro Handheld Filtered Showerhead: 9-15 business days
• Velvé Pro 8-in-1 Electric Spin Scrubber: 3-8 business days

These estimates begin from the date your order is placed and already include order processing time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. This processing period is already included in the delivery estimates above.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow a short period for the carrier tracking system to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Delays

We aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, but occasional delays can happen. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days from the date it was placed, email support@velvepro.com and we will investigate it as quickly as possible.
